Liam Davin
Qualifications:
Liam has been involved in the music business as a musician and singer for over 25 years, and with Sound Engineering for the past 15 years. He has an RSA Diploma in Sound Recording and Music Technology (Islington Music Workshop, London) as well as related City & Guilds and NVQ qualifications. He gained Engineering, Mixing and Mastering experience working at Studio 3 (London), Sound Advice (London) and Cybersound (London), before setting up his own Studio, first in London and now in Cork. He also worked as a Freelance Sound Engineer for ASC in Macclesfield, as well as doing Location Recording in London. His teaching experience spans many years, starting with revision studies for EdExcel students in 1998. He has privately coached students for City & Guild Music Technology courses, and provides private tuition for students attending Music Technology and Sound Engineering courses in Cork City.

Val Franco
Qualifications:
Val has also been involved in the music business as a flautist and singer (Alto) for over 25 years. She has a BA degree in Fine Art and was a pre-school and special needs music teacher for 11 years. She is a trained Assistant Engineer and also Produces and Directs. She designs the artwork for the on-body CD (thermal) printing.
